Shiatsu is Japanese for “finger pressure” and is another alternative technique that targets pressure points located in the body, while adding stretching techniques throughout the service. Shiatsu is a needle-free form of acupuncture that will assist in doing more than just working the muscles. Your body’s overall performance will be rejuvenated and strengthened. Shiatsu is done on a mat as opposed to a table to allow the therapist to get the body leverage necessary for the stretches.
