Spa Policies



We are a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. To create this environment for all of our guests we ask that cell phones and other communication devices not be used while inside Mystic Waters Day Spa.


Each guest will be required to complete an intake form prior to treatments. This ensures that treatments are healthy, safe, and enjoyable. Please express any specific needs before treatment.


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to ensure you receive the full time needed to complete your sessions. If you are late for your appointments the service may be shortened to keep on schedule for other guests coming in after you.

We have a right to refuse services to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if the service contraindicates any medical conditions the guest may have. Sexual advances or inappropriate behavior towards staff will result in immediate termination of the services with full payment still due.

Cancellations or changes to appointments will need to be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid charges. Not showing for a scheduled appointment will result in full charge of services scheduled.

Please, if you are sick we ask that you reschedule your appointment as soon as possible, if you arrive to your appointment sick we will ask you to reschedule.  

Full payment is due at time of service.

Providing a gratuity is at the guest’s discretion. Our therapists are committed to providing you with the highest level of service, so gratuities are appreciated.


Mystic Waters is not liable for lost or stolen property. Please take preventative steps to ensure your belongings are safe.


We do not have supervision for children. If your children are not enjoying a service at Mystic Waters, please make arrangements for them before your appointment.
