An avid Hatha, Vinyasa, and Bikram yoga practitioner.
Paula has been a fitness instructor at Duke’s Fitness Center in Saint Albans for many years, teaching a variety of class styles including aerobics, step, strength, Spinning, and yoga.
Her personal For 5+ years she has been teaching a vinyasa style yoga class. Paula has participated in several trainings through Beth Shaw’s YogaFit and is currently working toward her 200-hour YTT certification through Laughing River Yoga.
Through her practice and training she has come to appreciate the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga and is eager to share her experience with the community.
