Michelle Noble came to yoga, 3 years after her son died suddenly from a tragic accident. Feeling over weight, feeling negative towards life and suffering from a broken heart and an injured shoulder, Michelle tried Hot Yoga for the first time, and immediately saw results with general overall good feelings in her body, mind and soul. Even though Michelle was no stranger to fitness after years in the military and years of boot camp fitness. Michelle has realized the benefits from yoga and found that yoga improves mental attitude, heals a broken body, and can even heal a broken heart. Now she is devoted to helping others feel the same benefits. Michelle has volunteered with teaching yoga to many, including male in-mates to foster skills to help with rehabilitation. Michelle will be working in nearby communities, teaching yoga
philosophies and skills to improve concentration, manage stress and gain a positive self image.
