Yoga Instructor

Jessica Frost has been teaching yoga since 2008 and practicing for much longer. She is a RYT-200 teacher with specialized training in children’s yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, yoga for back issues and chronic pain, chair yoga and meditation. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body and there is a place for everyone in her classes. Jessica knows that yoga has helped her in every aspect of her life and truly enjoys sharing the practice with others.
