Ann has been practicing yoga and meditation on and off for several years.

Wanting to deepen her practice and share the benefits of yoga with others, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification at Laughing River Yoga in May 2018. She has also done training with Davidji Meditation Academy.
