Given her time in the military and boot camp fitness Michelle is no stranger to fitness. She tried Hot Yoga for the first time 3 years after her son died suddenly from a tragic accident. Feeling over weight, negative towards life and suffering from a broken heart and injured shoulder she immediately felt general overall good feelings in her body, mind and soul. Michelle has realized the benefits from yoga and found that yoga improves mental attitude, heals a broken body, and can even heal a broken heart. Now she is devoted to helping others feel the same benefits. Michelle has volunteered with teaching yoga to many, including male in-mates to foster skills to help with rehabilitation. Michelle will be working here at Mystic Waters, teaching yoga philosophies and skills to improve concentration, manage stress and gain a positive self-image.
