Christa Hunter

18 Years as a MT and Bodyworker

I began my career as a MT in 1999, following an intuitive calling while I was completing a degree in International Business.  After much soul searching,  I wound up switching majors to pursue a different degree in Exercise Science and Dance,  and through that, I found my dream job in the massage therapy world.  I truly was drawn to the love of making people feel better within their bodies, and over the years I developed a unique “toolbelt” of techniques using various soft-tissue modalities, and later adding Craniosacral Therapy, to create the ultimate healing experience for each client.

On a personal note:

Among my passions in Bodywork and the healing arts, is a love for farming, nature and working with animals.  I completed UVM’s Farmer Training Program in 2015, and currently have 8 chickens on my 5 acre property in Charlotte.  Someday I hope to have a farm and animal sanctuary, which rescues and rehabilitates injured, neglected, and abused farm animals and birds,  and also helps heal people as well!
