Our spa is equipped with top-of-the-line facilities and amenities to create a luxurious and comfortable experience. We have private treatment rooms, a sauna -which can be dry or a steam session, and a relaxing seating area where you can unwind before or after your treatment.
Cancellation, Reschedule & No call/No show Policy
As of February 1, 2024
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Appointment changes made before the 24 hour notice requirement time will not incur any charges or penalties.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee.
All No call/ No shows will be charged A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
Any changes to your appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling requests, must be made by contacting our spa directly via cancellation on your square appointment text or by phone only. Email is not a valid form for any scheduling requests or communications.
